McConnell Promotes Cowardly Lion To Health Minister
First Minister Jack McConnell has named Malcolm Chisholm as Scotland's new health minister. Chisholm replaces Susan Deacon who was doing a terrible job trying to get the NHS up to even 18th Century standards.
Malcolm Chisholm cannot hide his delight as Jack McConnell hands over the "Health Minister" badge.
The Cowardly Lion was not in the Scottish Parliament when the announcement was made.
